Project Name
This is where the name of your project goes.
Project Manager
You have the option of changing the project manager or owner of the project. This person will be included in any emails that go to people that have an upcoming or overdue resolution. Also, project managers are notified via email when someone completes a resolution.
Project Types
These are the different types of projects you can create within RiskKey.
Designate as a template
If you know you'll need to eventually perform the same work again, then it may be a good idea to save the current project as a template. This will allow you to quickly and easily reproduce the work in the future for an updated project. No worries, though. If you don't select this option at the beginning, you can always go back and set it later under the "Settings" tab of the project.
Send full messages and comments in notification email.
Security and privacy are a top concern of ours to ensure we are always protecting the data you want to project. This option allows project owners to 'opt-in' to receiving messages via email in full text detail vs. only providing a link. Although this option ensures a little more ease to collaborate, it's for those that are more risk tolerant. Use at your own risk.
Send email notifications of upcoming and overdue resolutions.
This will notify all team members via email when assessments or objectives are upcoming or overdue. Upcoming resolutions is defined as thirty days prior, seven days prior, and the day before the target date. Overdue resolutions are defined as the day after a target date is missed.
Permission Control

Per this example, you can see the different permission options that exist today on a per project basis.
Full Access - Just like it sounds, these users can access all features of the project.
Responder - Responder only allows users to respond to recommendations under the 'Rec' tab. The will be able to view the rest of the project but as read only.
Read Only - Read Only users can view the project but will be unable to make any changes to any of the projects.
No Access - They will not be able to see this project at all when they login by choosing this option.
